Steve has over 40 years of business experience, including 27 years with automotive launches, facilitation and training. During his five years in Product Management for Mercedes-Benz, Steve helped bring some innovative and segment-busting vehicles to market.  Upon joining the Retail Training Department in late 1999, Steve leveraged his automotive product knowledge both during face-to-face interactions and by developing enhanced virtual facilitation & training skills.  

Beginning his career in the accounting world, Steve applies this knowledge by providing insights that are essential to clients business success and profitability.

Hobbies:  Cycling & Spinning, brown spirits

Designations: Internationally certified as both a Mentor and Sales Trainer, he helped develop and grow the skills of several dozen technical & retail trainers in the US and Canada through the international certification program.
